Nixon, MD
Dr. Nixon received her Bachelor of Science degree from Duke University
and medical degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel
Hill School of Medicine. She completed her internship at Vanderbilt
University, followed by an internal medicine residency at Georgetown
University. Dr. Nixon completed residency training in dermatology
at the University of South Florida.
Dr. Nixon's practice includes general, cosmetic and surgical
dermatology, including skin cancer.

lives in south Charlotte with her husband and 3 daughters.
James
Seward, MD
Dr. Seward obtained his M.D. degree from The Medical
College of Ohio, graduating first in his class. He completed his
Internship at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. Continuing
his education, Dr. Seward completed his Dermatology Residency at
the University of Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky. During
his residency, he was awarded the coveted Excellence in Clinical
Education Award as the most outstanding teacher in the School of
Medicine.
As someone who loves the outdoors , Dr. Seward understands the
impact of daily sun exposure on the skin. He specializes in the
treatment of skin, hair and nails.

Elizabeth Grattan, MD

Dr. Grattan received her medical degree from
The University of South Carolina School of Medicine, graduating
first in her class. She completed her internship at The University
of South Carolina in Columbia, followed by her residency training in
dermatology at The Medical University of South Carolina in
Charleston.
Dr. Grattan’s professional interests include
general, surgical and cosmetic dermatology.
