Seborrheic Keratosis

A seborrheic keratosis is a non-cancerous collection of mature skin cells in the skin that are rough in texture and have a “stuck on” appearance.  They are usually skin tone, pink or brown.  They make get inflamed and have a red rim, but this will resolve once the irritation stops. They most commonly occur on individuals after the age of forty (40).
