The Illuminize Peel™ offers a novel approach to very superficial chemical peeling utilizing a new generation of alpha hydroxy acids (Mandelic Acid and Malic Acid) in combination with Phytic Acid and Salicylic Acid and Resorcinol to maximize skin rejuvenation effects with low irritation.

This peel requires little to no downtime and is suitable for all skin types. It is a gentle, very superficial peel with low irritation potential, and minimal peeling, downtime or discomfort.

The treatment lasts about 20 minutes.  Repeat treatments should be performed every 2-4 weeks for best results with your initial series of peels.  Maintenance peels can be scheduled as needed.

You may experience sensitivity to the sun and increased redness of the skin for 2-3 days.

Please advise us if:

• You have a history of herpes simples, cold sores or warts in the areas to be treated. It may flare. Your doctor can pre-treat you to minimize this occurrence.

• You have sensitive skin.

• You have taken Accutane within the past year.

• You have received chemotherapy or radiation.

• You are pregnant or breastfeeding.
