A Physical Sunblock offers the best protection from the sun as it reflects sun off your skin. Your sunblock should primarily be composed of Zinc oxide (now transparent) and/ or Titanium Dioxide as found in Elta MD, and Obagi brands. Apply 15 - 30 minutes before going outdoors and reapply every 2 hours while exposed to the sun, especially when playing, gardening, swimming or doing any other outdoor activities. Sunblocks should not be used to increase the time spent in sunlight.
